"Limited lifetime warranty for the first owner. This means that anything that happens to the instrument through our fault, or if something starts to fall apart or some unpredictable problems arise, we will immediately take the instrument back and will make every effort to restore it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase. We try to get the instrument back as soon as possible.

The warranty does not cover: Strings, tuning machines, fret work or the case. Also, if there are any visible signs of the incorrect use of the instrument, the warranty claim can be denied."
