This S.S. Stewart American Princess is in very good condition. The S.S. Stewart American Princess 5-string open back banjo was built in the 1890’s in Philadelphia, and was aimed towards female players with its compact size and light weight. The banjo features a cherry rim, mahogany neck, and ebony fretboard. The fretboard inlay is absolutely beautiful! This banjo plays and sounds wonderful and very lightweight.
