This viola comes professionally setup with an Aubert bridge and Spirocore Tungsten C, Thomastik Dominant G & D, and Jargar A. Ask About Case Options!

This artistic series viola was individually hand carved in Scott Cao’s workshop in Guangzhau, China, where it was meticulously crafted to produce a powerful and refined tone. The back of the viola was carefully built out of seven year aged Chinese Maple that also has a double purfling Da Salo artistic inlay and features European spruce wood for the top of the instrument.  The viola's fingerboard is made out of Indian Ebony with Hill Style Ebony fittings. The viola was then finished with high quality, hand applied Italian oil to give the instrument a beautiful, unique antique varnish. This viola comes with a certificate of authenticity from Scott Cao Violins.
