Originally built for and owned by American jazz/bluegrass mandolinist - David Grisman. This instrument is one of the highest quality A-styles we've come across here at the shoppe in a long time.

Back & Sides: Sugar Maple
Bracing: Parallel braced top (tone bars)
Fingerboard: Ebony (radiused)
Binding: Ivoroid binding w/black/white purflin
Nut: Pearl Nut Width: 1-1/8"
Headstock: Pearl logo & fleur de lis inlay
Scale Length: 13.9"
Additional Specs:
- Hand engraved hinge tailpiece
- Gold-plated hardware
- Screw-on pickguard fastener
- Waverly tuners w/pearl buttons
Comes with original hardshell case.

This mandolin is in "excellent" condition with no noticeable scratches, dings, or dents whatsoever. Very, very lightly played.
